Disc Eo FEaz-Lift's Puck Style Adapter allows you to install a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch to industry standard rails. The adapter mounts to OEM puck systems and is compatible with 2020 GM 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks that have an OEM puck system already installed. The adapter accepts Eaz-Lift Fifth Wheel Hitches (16k, 18k, 22k) (stationary and slider) (48623/4/5/6/7/8), as well as the Eaz-Lift Gooseneck Ball and Plate, Rail Mount (48554). A convenient split design reduces the weight of the components, allowing one person to lift, place, install and uninstall the Eaz-Lift adapter. Includes (2) puck adapter assemblies and associated hardware. Constructed of durable, powder-coated steel.
